    That sounds so good!
I created a fishy vegan pasta sauce by adding wakame seaweed to the sauce.
It reminded me of when my grandmother used to make pasta and tuna fish.
I wonder how similar it tastes to yours?

Yes! I use wakame when I want to give a sea flavor to dishes all the time and I prefer it. The reason I like this brand of vegan fish is because it isn’t so fishy in smell or taste. It just has the perfect tuna mouth feel that enhances it. But even in my kimchi, I use wakame to replace the anchovy and broth instead of water and it comes so close to what I remember of traditional kimchi.
