So today’s post is a little different because I’m not going to give you a vegan recipe from my kitchen to yours. Why not?
Because this is one of those instances where I saw a vegan recipes, I liked it and I wanted/needed to test it out exactly as it was presented to me. Why? Because I saw it on TikTok from a creator called Vegan Scratch Kitchen, and I wanted to see if I could follow it to the letter and enjoy it.

I was really intrigued by the idea of a 5 ingredient vegan meal because that is so far out of my wheelhouse. I grew up eating well-seasoned food and I use a lot of herbs & spices in my own recipes so I decided to treat this as a challenge.
I avoided the temptation to add more ingredients for the sake of science and you know what? It was really easy and pretty damn tasty too. I did not fry the tofu, instead I seasoned it and popped into the oven but you do you.

I think it came out really well and it was super tasty, so I’m totally ready to try another one from this creator. Check them out if you haven’t already.
