What the hell is a triple pickle bread dip, you ask? Honestly no clue. However I came across this recipe on social media and it looked flavorful and delicious and packed full of nutrients, which meant I had to give it a try.
This isn’t going to be your typical vegan recipe blog post today because there’s really no need. This recipe has 2 key components, the smear underneath and the chopped pickled vegetables on top. Remember that and you’ll find it impossible to mess up this recipe. I promise!

The first step is to gather you ingredients, which include: pickles, garlic, sundried tomatoes, jalapenos and capers. Gather all the ingredients listed below and give them a good chop into edible pieces.

Place those ingredients in a bowl and mix with shallots, basil and lemon juice. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top and drizzle with olive oil and the pickled part is good to go.
Warm up the bread of your choice in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.

If you don’t already have homemade hummus int he fridge, make it yourself or get the ready made stuff from the store and now you’re ready to assemble this delicious vegan recipe.
When you assemble it, place the hummus or other bean puree on the bottom of the plate or bowl. Top with the triple pickle dip, spreading it around evenly and then add the toasted bread on the sides. It’s not a very big or complicated dish, but it will definitely satisfy your hunger which makes it perfect as a midday meal or even a late dinner if you don’t have time to do anything more.
