It’s the weekend or it’s almost the weekend depending on how your calendar is set up, and you’ve had a long week. You’re just tired enough to feel a little too lazy to whip up a vegan feast for dinner, but you don’t want to explore any of the limited takeout options. Okay, I might be projecting a little on that last part but it still stands.
We all know how I try to eat healthy more often than not, adding lots of free vegetables and plant based proteins to my diets and I do a damn good job if I say so myself. But we all have a ceiling which means sometimes you gotta laze it up. Yeah I said it and I didn’t break out in hives.
Okay I didn’t break out in a lot of hives.
Anyway this Friday night vegan meal is super easy, delicious and the only thing you have to do is whisk a few things together in a bowl.

No lie so let’s get to it because it’s hot (it’s probably still hot), and you might need to stop at the market on your way home.
Kitchen Tools:
*Mixing bowls
*Whisk
*Cutting board
*Ingredients:
*Vegan meatballs (soy, tempeh, seitan, chickpeas or even falafel balls will work here)
*Tomato sauce
*Mustard
*Vegan Worcestershire sauce
*Hot sauce
*Cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic
*Apple cider vinegar
*Buns or Rolls
Instructions:
*Heat the vegan balls up however you prefer or whatever the package instructions indicate.
*Whisk together everything but the balls and buns. Season to taste.

*Heat up the bread for about 1 to 1.5 minutes in the oven.
*Toss the balls into the sauce or drizzle it over the top.
Serve it: I served it with salad but any bit of vegetables will do. You can pop broccoli or cauliflower in the oven, or even bake up some fries.

And that’s all you need for a quick and easy vegan meal for a lazy Friday night. What’s your favorite lazy vegan meal?
